From launching our “Agentic AI” ecosystem to powering over US$100 million in revenue for our clients, this year has been a testament to the power of omnichannel connection. Here is a look back at the milestones we achieved together in 2025.

At Omnichat, our North Star has always been client success. In 2025, we scaled our impact significantly. We are proud to report that our platform empowered retailers to achieve:
- US$100 Million Revenue Generated: Our clients generated over 100 million USD in revenue directly through Omnichat.
- 5x Conversion Rate: By leveraging our advanced social commerce tools, our clients achieved conversion rates 5x higher than general eCommerce benchmarks.
- 3 Billion Messages: We processed a staggering 3 billion messages, facilitating seamless conversations across WhatsApp, LINE, Messenger, and more.

2. Product Innovation: The Rise of Agentic AI
2025 marked our pivotal shift from standard automation to Agentic AI as a Service. We recognized that businesses need more than just chatbots—they need intelligent agents capable of autonomy.
We successfully launched the Omni AI Agent Studio, a comprehensive ecosystem that allows brands to construct native Omni AI agents and integrate third-party LLMs. This suite includes:
- Omnichannel AI Customer Service Agent: Handling complex inquiries with human-like precision.
- AI Marketing Agent: Assisting teams in crafting campaigns.
- AI Sales Agent: Driving conversions proactively.
- Bring Your Own Agent: Allowing flexibility for enterprises to plug in their own models.
This feeds into our expanded Product Suite, which now fully encompasses the Customer Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Social CDP, and Loyalty Cloud.

3. Global Recognition & Awards
Our commitment to innovation and excellence was recognized on the global stage this year through several prestigious accolades. We were honored with awards from the Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards (Gold), LINE Biz-Solutions Awards 2025 (Gold), Marketing-Interactive Digiz Awards 2025 (Gold), AWS Partner Awards (Finalist), HKRMA Smart Retail Tech Awards (Silver), and the Digital Singularity Awards (Silver). These recognitions reflect our achievements in technology development, digital transformation, data integration, omnichannel strategies, and smart retail solutions.

4. Connecting the Industry: Key Events
This year, we brought the industry together across Asia to define the future of commerce.
- Hong Kong: We hosted the Future Commerce Summit, featuring industry titans like Meta, WhatsApp, Lukfook Jewellery, Maxim’s, and SMCP to discuss Social CRM and AI.
- Taiwan: We launched our “BEYOND Omnichannel & AI” product event and the “Retail Next” summit, joined by partners like LINE, AWS, Benefit, and Timberland.
- Southeast Asia: We expanded our footprint with the Commerce Leadership Forum, sharing insights with leaders from Volvo, L’Occitane, and Writers At Work.

Our ecosystem is stronger than ever. In 2025, we deepened our strategic partnerships with Meta, LINE Biz-Solutions, WhatsApp, and AWS.
We also expanded our integrations to ensure Omnichat works seamlessly with the tools you already use, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), 91APP, SHOPLINE, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
